Molex at SPS IPC Drives 2014


Following Molex’s recent changes to its strategy in the industrial sector, the company wanted to communicate these changes to the European industrial media attending SPS/IPC Drives 2014.


Technical Publicity advised that a press conference, held as part of the pre-advertised programme at the exhibition held annually in Nuremburg, Germany would yield great results.

Using its offices in both the UK and Germany and its French and Italian speaking personnel, Technical Publicity invited journalists from across Europe via email and personal phone call in their native language. All content creation and spokesperson media training was handled by Technical Publicity through its engineering and journalism qualified staff.


15 journalists attended the press conference and several others arranged individual One-to-One briefings with Molex spokespeople. The co-ordination and professionalism with which the activity was handled clearly demonstrated Technical Publicity’s experience and expertise of industrial media across Europe. Molex was extremely pleased with the resulting press coverage.
